The Financial Footings program is divided into two levels that include specific activities and learning objectives:

  Step 1 (Grades K-12): Students are introduced to coins and dollar bills, the connection between working and earning money, discerning needs from wants, and the role of banks and credit unions.

  Step 2 (Grades 3-6): Students are introduced to concepts surrounding income, spending, budgeting, investing, and insurance.

A browsable resource that features screenshots of every slide along with the full notes and sample script. It contains the same information as the PowerPoint, organized in an easy-to-reference format.

Walkthrough Videos

Led by a member of the Financial Beginnings team, these short videos serve as extension of the Presenter's guide, providing slide-by-slide and workbook guidance and instructional context.

Activity Book Answer Key

The Activity Book contains several activities, usually one for each lesson covered. Answer keys are available in the training modules.

Certificates of Completion

Each training module includes printable certificates you can award to students upon completion, celebrating their progress and helping learners feel proud of their commitment to building financial knowledge.
